AS the Affordable housing projects keep on launching in gurgaon day by day.
many home buyers who were from middle class backround could not even think of buying their own home one day in Gurgaon .
now they are all able to buy 1 Bhk 2Bhk affordable homes in multistory apartments .which has made a +ve change in the Real estate , Along with that RERA also make people confident about the Real estate builders in Gurgaon because most of the builders have not yet given the possession even after 10 years of project launch in Gurgaon.
However The work which was stopped is commenced after a lots of pressure from the home buyers and govt of india.
